Duration: 24 months | Part-Time | SACE Accredited The Queen Nzinga Fellowship is a part-time program for early-stage teachers who are already employed and want to enhance their teaching practice through Montessori education. This fellowship offers: Blended theory and practical modules covering Montessori philosophy, child development, language, mathematics, culture, and sensorial education In-class mentorship and observation within Molo Mhlaba Schools Professional development sessions emphasizing workplace communication, lesson planning, record keeping, and parent engagement Eligibility: Foundation or Intermediate Phase teachers Recent teaching qualification (2021–2024) 0–3 years work experience SACE registered South African citizen or permanent resident Age 26 or younger Curious and coachable with interest in Montessori education Graduates of the Queen Nzinga Fellowship gain the confidence, knowledge, and practical experience to implement Montessori principles in their classrooms while continuing to teach full-time. APPLICATIONS CLOSED SACE Training and Accreditation SACE-accredited, ensuring that participants earn Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points while receiving structured training in Montessori pedagogy.
