Our team is made up of passionate Montessorians committed to leading alternative, quality education in Khayelitsha and underserved communities across South Africa.
Through hands-on training, mentorship, and continuous support, they nurture both the professional and personal development of each fellow — ensuring they are not only prepared for the classroom, but equipped to become multipliers of impact in their communities.

Keletso Ndlovu
With over six years in the Montessori community, Keletso guides fellows’ professional and personal growth, empowering them to become multipliers of impact in their communities. As a member of the management committee at Molo Mhlaba Institute, he shapes strategy and drives the institute’s mission.
3-6 Assistant Trainer
Nandipha Ntlati
Nandipha has been part of the Montessori community since 2020 and brings over 10 years of experience in public sector and international operations. She trains fellows in Montessori pedagogy, mentors them in professional and personal development, and leads the institute’s social media strategy to strengthen engagement.

Beauty Doyle
Beauty Doyle brings extensive experience in the ECD sector and plays a key role in ensuring the smooth running of fellowship operations at Molo Mhlaba Institute.
She coordinates programmes, supports the team, and ensures systems run efficiently to deliver high-quality, impactful learning experiences.
