Duration: 12 months | Full-Time | SACE Accredited CPD points The Queen Modjadji Fellowship is designed for unemployed early-career teachers who are passionate about Montessori education and ready to make an immediate impact. This full-time fellowship combines: Blended learning modules in Montessori theory, language, mathematics, culture, and practical life skills Hands-on teaching practice in Molo Mhlaba Schools, applying Montessori methods in real classrooms Professional development workshops focusing on personal growth, communication, time management, and classroom leadership Eligibility: Foundation or Intermediate Phase teachers Recent teaching qualification (2021–2024) 0–3 years work experience SACE registered South African citizen or permanent resident Age 26 or younger Interest in Montessori education and willingness to learn By the end of this fellowship, graduates will be equipped to deliver high-quality Montessori education and become multipliers in their communities, reaching dozens of children each year.
